Steeda Autosports is happy to announce the continuation of their NASA American Iron Contingency Program for 2007. The program includes payouts for the top three class finishers in all American Iron races. In addition, Steeda is offering a $3,000.00 award to the Steeda equipped winner of the American Iron National Championship at Mid –Ohio Sports Car Course.

Numerous American Iron racers relied on Steeda performance products in 2006, including; Texas Region Champion, Skip Smith, Robin Burnett, Ohio/ Indiana Region Champion. Burnett’s Mustang was the winningest 2006 Mustang in the country. In the NASA West Region, Andy Bowman had the fastest Mustang in American Iron the second half of the season and barely missed the championship by a few points.

When asked why the company is involved with NASA American Iron racing, Steeda Autosports President Dario Orlando explained. “Since 1988 Steeda has always been involved in production car racing, where we can prove out our performance parts before they are introduced to the public. We race what we sell. The NASA American Iron Series is the perfect proving ground for our products.”
